All new students are entitled to three (3) full 30-minute one-on-one trial classes free of charge. No payment details, deposits, or registration fees are collected prior to or during the trial period. If a student chooses not to enroll after the trial, no charges will ever occur.
Tuition is billed in advance on a monthly recurring basis according to your chosen plan (2, 3, or 5 days per week). We do not lock students into annual or long-term binding contracts. You may pause or cancel your enrollment at any time before your next billing cycle with zero penalties.
We understand that emergencies, exams, and travel occur. If you notify our administration or your instructor at least four (4) hours prior to the scheduled lesson, the class will be marked as excused and a make-up session will be arranged. Classes missed without advance notification may not be eligible for rescheduling.
If during your first paid week of instruction you are not completely satisfied with your assigned instructor, teaching methodology, or communication, we will either reassign a different teacher immediately or issue a 100% refund on your remaining unused class balance upon request.
Students and parents maintain the unconditional right to request a change of instructor at any point during their enrollment for any reason (e.g. schedule changes, dialect preferences, or personality fit) without friction.
Students and instructors are expected to treat one another with mutual respect, dignity, and Islamic decorum. Iqra Quran Center reserves the right to terminate the enrollment of any party engaging in abusive, harassing, or inappropriate behavior.
