Canada spans several time zones and local clock-change practices. Include your city or province, preferred days and local start time in the trial request. Confirm the date and time on the invitation before joining. If a family moves or travels between provinces, tell the coordinator before the next lesson so a recurring appointment is not accidentally followed in the wrong local time.
A Canadian timetable does not determine the curriculum. Use the trial to distinguish letter recognition, connected reading, recitation correction and memorisation. Ask for a short, specific revision task that fits alongside schoolwork. If the learner needs visual or communication adjustments, discuss these before the appointment so the coordinator can assess whether a suitable tutor is available.
Confirm these arrangements directly with admissions before starting a monthly plan.
| Focus | What to discuss or practise |
|---|---|
| Time zone | Write the city and local time on the booking, not just “Canada evening”. |
| Language | Confirm the assigned teacher’s teaching language before the trial. |
| Travel | Notify the coordinator if a trip changes your local time or access to a quiet learning space. |
| Payment and make-ups | Review CAD billing, absence notice and the rescheduling policy together. |
We offer live 1-on-1 classes across all Canadian time zones: Eastern (Toronto, Ottawa, Montreal), Central (Winnipeg), Mountain (Calgary, Edmonton), and Pacific (Vancouver). Families typically select sessions between 4:30 PM and 9:00 PM local time or weekend mornings.
Canadian winters often involve heavy snowfall, icy roads, and temperatures below -20°C. Online classes eliminate the need to drive children to evening madrassahs in dangerous weather, providing warm, safe, and reliable instruction right from home.
