✓ Punctuality & Reliability: Classes must start and conclude on time. Unexcused teacher absences result in formal reprimands.
✓ Non-Sectarian Focus: Teachers must strictly refrain from discussing controversial political, sectarian, or personal matters.
✓ Child Welfare Priority: If a teacher notices a student is distressed or uncomfortable, they must immediately pause the lesson and notify administration.

Can parents sit in during their child’s online Quran lessons?
Yes, absolutely. We maintain an unconditional open-door policy. Parents and guardians are invited and encouraged to sit in the room, listen to lessons, or join the video call at any time without prior notice.
Are teachers allowed to contact students on private social media?
No. We enforce a zero-tolerance policy prohibiting tutors from communicating with minor students on private messaging apps, personal phone numbers, or social media platforms. All lesson links, assignments, and coordination must occur through official parent-managed channels or our administration desk.
How do I report a concern or request a teacher change?
